Synopsis[]

Xena, Gabrielle, and Autolycus are brought to the 21st Century to help Ash Williams battle a swarm of Deadites outside his S-Mart store. During the battle, the Necronomicon Ex-Mortis flies off to the local library. In the library, a hooded Deadite almost gets their hands on the Book of The Dead, but Ash says messes up the words to stop the evil forces and a vortex opens, sucking up Ash, Xena, Gabrielle, and Autolycus inside. The vortex also pulled in some books, causing Ash and the others to go inside the stories the books contained, such as A Christmas CarolThe Tell-Tale Heart, and The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, except now Deadites are integrated into the story. They escape the book worlds and arrive back to the present, only to find it has been overrun with Deadites. The group is greeted by Solan, the future son of Gabrielle and either Autolycus or Ash. Solan takes them to Ash's friend The Wise Man who works in Universe-Mart, a shopping center for Deadites and Demons. With his help, the group confronts the hooded figure from earlier, which turns out to be Deadite Xena. The team fights the super-powered Deadite Xena and Deadite Gabrielle, and fix the present, but because the present was fixed, Solan begins to fade from reality. Before he is gone, he whispers to Gabrielle who his real father is: Ash.
