"Whoosh!" is a fan-based website, fuelled entirely by the fans of Xena: Warrior Princess and Hercules: The Legendary Journeys. It's name comes from the word used to describe the sound effects used on the shows, most notably the effect used for Xena's chakram.
It is one of few pieces of collaborative work that contains comments made by fans about speculation on then-upcoming episodes. It is extremely helpful for websites such as this one, who are able to include information about the speculation surrounding the episodes, script changes, name changes etc. due to the original comments left on the site. It also contains complete transcripts of each episode and fan-written summaries and reviews.
The website was even referenced in the Xena episode "Soul Possession," when a reporter named Barb Binder (played by famous New Zealand singer Carly Binding) appeared as a researcher for Whoosh! at the C.H.A.K.R.A.M. meeting.
