Triton is a Sea God, and son of Poseidon and father of mermaid Nautica. The source of his power is his Trident, created by Cabiri, and it's a gift from his father Poseidon.

Once, the Trident was stolen by Lysacka and, in mortals hands the trident lost his power causing weakening of Triton.

His daughter Nautica was willing to marry with Lysacka to recover the trident, but Hercules and Aphrodite convinced the Cabiri to create a new one for Triton.

Triton has the Powers and Abilities of an Olympian God, like his father Poseidon, he has special power over water by heritage his father, according to Hercules and Aphrodite if Triton dies, the seas die with him.

In the myth Triton is the messenger of the seas. He is the son of Poseidon and Amphitrite, God and Goddess of the seas respectively, and is herald for his father. He is usually represented as a merman which has the upper body of a human and the tail and fins of a fish, "sea - hued", according to Ovid "his shoulders barnacled with sea - shells".

Like his father, Poseidon, he carried a trident. However, Triton's special attribute was a twisted conch shell, on which he blew like a trumpet to calm or raise the waves.
