This Man was on the beach making an offering to Hera when Gnatius, pretending to be blind, asked him for money. He tricked Gnatius into revealing his sight and gave him nothing. He was the first to witness the birth of the Enforcer as she left the ocean. He exclaimed that he had prayed to Hera for a beautiful wife and thought the Enforcer had been sent for him. The Enforcer killed him by hitting him in the chest. She then stole his cloak and left.
