Flora was a character on Xena: Warrior Princess. She was a childhood friend of Xena's (who taught her how to fight) and grew up to become the leader of the Black Wolf Pack, an alliance of people who resisted against the unfair king, Xerxes, and his extreamely high taxing.
When she was little, Flora would play with Xena and the older children. They would climb an oak tree, which Flora had difficulty climbing and would expect Xena to help her up. But Xena would only tell her to have faith and not help.
Flora formed a resistance against King Xerxes when he began taxing the citizens to an extreame amount. This resistance became known as the "Black Wolf Pack", which angered Xerxes and forced him to throw the entire pack in prison, as the refused to reveal the identity of their leader. When Xena came to the town not long after, she met with Flora's mother, Hermia, who informed her that Flora and joined the Black Wolves and was in Xerxes dungeon with the rest of the pack. Xena met with Xerxes, who promised to reveal the Black Wolf to him if he would allow her inside the dungeon.
Once she worked out that the Black Wolf was Flora, Xena devised a plan that allowed them to escape; she made them expose Flora's identity to the guards, in order to sentence Flora to death in the courtyard, then accompanied Xerxes to witness the execution and threw her chakram to release the Flora and the Wolf Pack. Flora was reunited with her mother outside of the dungeon and with Xerxes having been killed by Xena, the high-taxing was over.
