Ilainus was from Mycenae. She was Athena's favorite mortal, her girlfriend and a member of the Elite archers. She was one of many that was loyal to an Olympians gods to die during the Twilight.
She was a skilled fighter who Athena favored above anyone else. She helped Athena in her siege against Xena`s hometown, Amphipolis, in the goddess`s attempt to kill Xena`s baby, Eve. She was finally killed by Xena in battle.
